5. Winners

How will award winners will be selected?

A) Our agency will send one or more judges to SEFH 2020 to review projects, and will use our own criteria to select award winners.

B) Our agency will not send judges to SEFH 2020 to review projects and will issue awards to top scoring projects in the divisions and categories designated above.

How will awards be provided to winners?

A) Our agency will purchase awards directly and provide them to SEFH 2020 administrators prior to the Award Ceremony

B) Our agency will send funds to SEFH for the purchase of gift card awards. Note: funds must be provided to SEFH by February 7, 2020. If SEFH does not receive funds by this deadline then the Special Awarding Agency is responsible to provide the award(s) DIRECTLY to the student(s)

C) Our agency will contact awardee(s) following the Award Ceremony concerning their awards. We understand that this is our agency's responsibility and that all communication concerning the awards will be handled by our agency working directly with awardee's teacher and/or parents. Note: Initial communication about the award should be done by April 2, 2020.

6. Monetary Donation

Will the Special Awarding Agency be providing a monetary donation to the 2020 SEFH? (select all that apply) Note: This donation is not the same as the monetary awards provided to the awardees.
